如果日本发生里氏7.6级地震会怎样？

有预测说，如果东京、大阪、名古屋等日本3大城市相继发生里氏7.6级地震，则有可能导致6.6万人死亡，并带来213万亿日元的经济损失。上述预测死亡者人数是1995年阪神大地震的10倍，经济损失是20倍。

日本内阁的中央防灾会议15日发表了一份预测报告。据预测，如果横跨大阪的上町断层带和名古屋市所在的爱知县的西部猿役、高浜断层带发生7.6级地震时，将分别造成74万亿日元和33万亿日元的经济损失。

中央防灾会议去年末就上述两个地区如果发生7.6级地震，对可能会造成的死亡人数进行过估算，当时预测数值分别为4.2万人和1.1万人。

报告还预测，在首都东京发生同样震级的地震的话，会有1.3万人死亡，并带来106万亿日元的经济损失。上述经济损失不包括地震对股市、汇市造成的间接影响。

据中央防灾会议预测分析，大阪的死亡人数是东京的3倍，这是因为西成区、生野区、东住吉区等大阪的3个区拥有全日本密集度最高的老旧木制住宅。这些住宅都是1981年修改房屋耐震标准前建造的。

中央防灾会议还预测，在今后30年里，东京等首都圈地区发生7级地震的概率为70%，大阪、名古屋附近的海洋--东南海和南海发生地震概率为50至70%
