新华社消息：四川汶川大地震牵动着西藏藏传佛教信徒的心，西藏的各寺庙近日纷纷举行法会，为灾区遇难者祈福，为灾区捐款捐物。

截至目前，拉萨三大寺(哲蚌寺、色拉寺、甘丹寺)的僧人自发为四川灾区捐款逾10万元。

西藏自治区统战部宗教处处长贡嘎说，四川汶川大地震后，西藏人民十分关心，西藏各地的寺庙也纷纷举行法会，为灾区遇难同胞祈福、诵经，很多僧人慷慨解囊。

中国佛教协会西藏分会会长珠康·土登克珠活佛18日将10万元现金交到西藏自治区红十字会，向四川地震灾区奉献爱心。他说，西藏的广大僧人纷纷为四川灾区祈福捐款，体现了藏汉一家、血浓于水的亲情。他表示相信，在党中央、国务院的领导和全国各族人民的支持下，一定能战胜灾难，将损坏的家园建设得更加美好。
